We understand the urgency of insurance events. If the home is available, then move-in can occur in as little as 24 hours of referral. We also offer direct contact with the policyholder to minimise the claims manager or loss adjustor involvement.

Streamlined Invoicing and Communication
We are experienced in working with insurers, brokers, and loss adjusters. We can provide:
- Tax invoices with itemised breakdowns if required
- Alternatively, we accept direct payment from the policyholder so they can engage us directly
- Flexible billing cycles
- Direct liaison with the policyholder or claims manager

Referrals and placement are quick and easy:

4. Invoicing sent directly to the policyholder or insurer/loss adjustor.
